Before commissioning me it is required that you read my full terms of service! I will ask you if you have read them and will inform you (if you are returning client) if my TOS has been updated or changedAsk questions AFTER fully reading this TOS

My pledge to you:
Commissioning me I can guarantee you that I will do everything in my power to make sure you are most satisfied with the outcome of your commission. I take my commissions and services seriously

Things you should know first:
- I have every right to refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable- I have every right to refuse a commission if certain details are not provided or don’t meet requirements- I take about 1-2 commissions at a time due to me having a irl job but I still take priority in your commission- Commissions can take about a day to a week to a month, it really all depends how complex your commission is really- I will stay in contact with you throughout the commission and update you periodically, you never have to worry about communication on my end- All artwork will be signed with my username in either bottom corner of the piece, do not remove it- Do not claim you made said artwork- I have every right to post and share your commission but I will ask incase you want it to be private- Using said artwork you commissioned to make custom products for yourself or as gifts for friends is ok, but reselling commissioned artwork for profit is prohibited- If you are selling your character that has multiple different artwork from different artists, even including myself that is acceptable- All artwork is for personally use only!….but for commercial use artwork I will ask for %50 fee of the original price of the artwork- And most importantly, please be patient and please understand that I do have a life outside of what I do. I will always update you constantly! I will always provide service no matter what and if you have any questions throughout making your commission, you are more than welcome to askFor people that don’t know what personal use and commercial use means:Personal Use: The client buys the work for private enjoyment - such as a profile picture, print, or gift. The artist retains both moral and economic rights ( 99% of my commissions are this )Commercial Use: The artwork is used for business or profit - such as brand logos, marketing materials, or merchandise

My Process:
Before commissioning me please do the following before we get startedProviding a clear and flat color reference sheet of your character! ( please do not give me a shaded refs if you want accurate colors )
any other refs ( poses, backgrounds etc ) that might be helpful towards your commission
An idea of what exactly you want ( I have also had people give me their characters and let me do whatever I wanted and let me have my own fun. This is also an option if you’re unsure of what exactly you want and totally up to you! )Here are all the phases of my process of creating your commission! I will always be in contact with you throughout the whole process to make you most satisfied with the outcome!Phase 1 ( Planing out ):
During this phase, I will start planning out the poses of the characters and if they have an environment. This is the best time to ask for changes in how the character is positioned along with environmental things.Phase 2: ( Sketching and refinements ):
Now that we have our bases, I will now start sketching your actual character on top of said. bases that I’ve made. This is also a good time to ask for changes on facial expressions, slight tweaking of the pose or adding other things. I will refine the sketch and show to you for approval to be moved onto the next step.I kindly asked that you make any changes that you want during this phase. After you approve the sketch, I kindly ask you not to make any more changes that revolves around tweaking the whole artwork itself. ( Please do not be overly indecisive and constantly asking changes every three seconds )Phase 3 ( Line art and flat colors ):
The space is pretty straightforward. I will finally do the liner and add the flat colors to your piece and show you again another approvalIf you want any color changes on any part of the piece, that is completely fine to askPhase 4 ( Rendering ):
The last and final phase, I will be rendering your full piece, adding affects to make it pop and such (I add small rendering to pieces that don’t have complex rendering)I use a multiply layer to render so if you want different colors than what I’m used to working with you can totally ask for it and I can show you examples and let you decide what colors you wantAnd with that I will show you the final piece to approve! And then we are finished!!!

Payments:
I prefer payments to be sent to my Kofi page which takes PayPal or you can put in your card info ( no I cannot see your card info )If you have trouble with the Kofi page I can send you my email and you can send your payment through the PayPal app ( I just prefer using Kofi, because it helps me keep track on how much I’ve made off of my order )NOTE: Payments must be 100% paid before I start drawing anything at all!!!
If commission is over $150 I can offer a payment plan that we can discuss onRefunds:
I offer refunds depending on how completed the commissions is, for instancePhase 1 commissions are 100% refunded
Phase 2 commissions are 50% refunded
Anything after that there will be NO refunds!
